This surprises me...that styro is a litter problem. Out here our biggest offender is those ubiquitous Walmart bags everywhere. Blown up against fences, stuck in bushes, etc.

yea, but styro foam doesn't decompose or break down does it.....

I don't know offhand. I would think it would after some time, maybe a long time.
