I thought I'd share with you all a few of my favourite tips to help shift those few extra pounds that Christmas usually adds;
1 Food eaten when nobody sees you doesn't count
2 Snacks eaten really quickly or with your head in the fridge have no calories
3 Eating standing up doesn't count
4 Having a diet coke with a bar of chocolate cancels each other out
5 If the food has no calories listed on the packaging then it has none - especially helpful in your local bakers shop.
6 The calorie content in sweet treats decreases the closer to its sell by date you get - to get the optimum benefit from this wait until the day after the sell by date and it will be calorie free.
