I have never tried Burritos. What are they? :-3
You can put anything your heart desires in a burrito but this burrito consists of:
1 pork shoulder roast, boneless (5-6 pounds, marinate if you like) 2-3 tablespoons olive oil 4 medium tomatoes (peeled, if desired) 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon cumin powder 2-4 sprigs fresh oregano (or 1/2 teaspoon crushed or powdered) 2 whole cloves 2 bay leaves 2 dried chipotle chilies 3/4 cup water or meat stock Salt/pepper to taste
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 teaspoon vegetable oil or butter 2 tsp. fresh cilantro 2/3 cup white basmati rice 1 cup water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 Lime
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 lb. pinto beans 1/2 cup bacon drippings 1 teaspoon salt 6 cups lukewarm water
Wrap it in a 12" flour tortilla then indulge

I have no daycare kids today!! Woohoo!!!! All that really means is I can do the cleaning and shopping without as much interuption. Hubby is over the road driver and is home on weekends so I suppose that I will pester him into at least looking at his honey-do list. We have the grandson overnight tonight, so am still not childless for a 24 hour period.

The New England Patriots are planning on kicking a little Indiannapolis butt on Sunday evening. We are the underdogs, but I feel it in my blood . . . :guitarist
