WARNING: THIS THREAD IS NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED

Come on...be brave like me. This cringeworthy offering has the regulation mullet and the obligatory "Moody" thrown in for good measure. Mind you, at least my hair wasn't thinning or grey.

Hmmm....maybe I should take this to the hairdressers and ditch the goatee :thinking:

Come on folks...Lets see those Passport photobooth pics....don't be a chicken...............I could do with a good laugh:D

I can't talk though...my old one is atrocious! Last time I went away even security said 'Gee...you had a makeover since then huh?':o
I didn't post it to win a modelling contract. The worse the pic the more entertaining for the rest of us.

(Did I ever tell you that a prominent "Adam's apple" is very sexy?)

There is no way on earth I'd ever show ANY of my passport photos! You'd have to kill me first. And although some of you might think that's a laudable idea (:sneaky: )....even then, I'd come back and haunt you!

Somewhere in the heavenly book of karma, it must be written that your passport photo must resemble the handsome, lovely REAL "you" after you've spent 45 hours on a plane, with a head cold, crammed next to a hugely over-weight person with body odor!

Krambo, that is about as good as passport pictures ever get, you look human and not too shabby, you want to see mine from when I was a student, I look like an alien! I don't have it any more thank god, it was ritually burned by the ugly police.

Sorry, Wendy...you're quite lovely in that photo. I'm surprised they even accepted it because you look happy and rested! Generally, you need to be cadaverous.

Or wearing giant rollers.

I recently had one done for a 'photo driving license'. I had to take my galsses off and NOT smile...not even a tiny curl of the lips....it's horrible. Good job it's miniscule on the license.

If I renew my passport I'll get another one done.

I'll dig out an old passport photo later hust to give you a good laugh,

The standards for passport photos

The photographs must be:

identical;

recent (taken within the last month);

45 millimetres (mm) high x 35 millimetres (mm) wide (please do not trim your photographs to meet this condition);

taken against an off-white, cream or light grey plain background so that your features are clearly distinguishable against the background;

printed on low-gloss, plain white photo-quality paper (with no watermarks, embossing or printing on the back);

undamaged, for example, by creases from paperclips;

of you on your own (no toys, dummies or other people visible);

a close-up of your head and shoulders so that your head, from the bottom of your chin to your crown is between 29mm and 34mm high; and

clear of writing on the front and back. The photographs must also:

be in sharp focus and clear;

have a strong definition between the face and background; and

be printed professionally. Photographs printed at home are not likely to be of an acceptable quality. The photographs must show:

no shadows;

you facing forwards, looking straight towards the camera;

a neutral expression, with your mouth closed;

your eyes open and clearly visible (with no sunglasses or heavily tinted glasses, and no hair across your eyes);

no reflection or glare on your glasses, and the frames should not cover your eyes (you may find it easier to remove your glasses);

your full head, without any head covering, unless it is worn for religious beliefs or medical reasons; and

nothing covering your face. Please make sure nothing covers the outline of your eyes, nose or mouth.

sorry to my compatriot friends :o
Well maybe we can broaden this a little to any naff photos taken in a booth. My pic is not strictly from my passport. I had 4 taken and submitted 2. This was one of the 2 I kept. Remember it's only the pic we're interested in. No other info. Looks like the Aussies have a get-out clause :wah:

:-2 Holy federal offence Batman I had no idea! In any case my passpost photos will never see the light of day and to all of you with these perfectly fine passport photos trying to pass them off as horrible, you should be ashamed of yourselves, rubbing it in to those of us who look like drugged out convicted cons!!
