It's a bit of code which makes an unwarranted assumption, Fib.

The assumption is that all URLs reading threads are internally generated, so that it's not possible for a thread to be empty if it's referenced.

So the code says something like "if (all messages on this thread for a user with these permissions) is empty then say 'supporting member permission needed' else show the messages"

There's various reasons why a thread might now be empty, especially from the first few days of setting up the site.

The earliest I can get is 29-07-04 @ 08:50 by digitalfog

Tombstone's the owner & Anastrophe used to be admin, so you couldn't find better experts.
