Oh its alright, everyone talks in mass here, they just pretend they are muttering the prayers instead, but they are actually talking about that "wan" up the road and her new "fancy man"! Its great, its like the Irish version of one of those shows were people gossip, but with incense and a priest, and we don't have reruns! :wah:

Oh don't be a silly sausage, I didn't mean cause you were strange, I meant cause people sometimes get weird when someone tries to open their doors and they don't know them. :-2

No, NO!!! I don't do that, honest!:-3
Actually, one time when I first moved to Prague, I had the wrong address for the person I was supposed to be staying with, and on my first day I went to the totally wrong place, and ended up in this big flat block and I was knocking every door with my rucksack and guitar looking for my friend, and all the people came out, and they must have thought I was a bit mental, and no one spoke any English only some broken German so this was all in another language.
Eventually they brought me into this womans flat, she was an old woman, and kinda the wise woman of the block of flats, and they made me this nasty tea, and they were all talking to me, and she was trying to work out what was going on, I was trying to explain I was Irish, and I was looking for an Irish girl with blond hair, and they didn't know what I was on about, so they sent me down to this shop.
The guy running the shop was blind drunk at 12 o clock in the morning, he kinda understood me better somehow, but then he closed up the shop, and got me a bus, hobbled along with me sipping on his vodka, and showed me the way back into the city, told me to be careful, and got back on the bus, it was the start of a very strange day, which ended up with me befriending an Japanese human rights lawyer who played harmonica and 2 dutch girls who were studying impressionism. God Prague was great.

Yes, thats a wise idea, its a bit of a crazy city, too many drunk people for a start, they make Irish people look like amateurs. But it is achingly beautiful.

Oh I am glad, you will love it pinks, the architecture is breathtaking, and Prague Castle really is something else, you have to see it, Franz Kafka's house is on a little street inside the castle complex, it overlooks the battlements, and its tiny, and the armour and the gothic stuff and the baroque, you would just love it. Its kinda overwhelming for the first few days, it really is something to see, the whole city centre, its like being back about 700 years. (except for the skodas, the tourists, and the prostitutes)
