Once more my trusty windows PC laptop has died for no good reason, so I am having to have to reformat the hard drive and lose everything that was already on it, I am so f-ing sick of pcs, I can't wait till I get afford to get an apple and get away from this rubbish. Anyway, I won't be around for a while because I am writing this in the cyber cafe, and I am trying to work out with this fella here what is recoverable and what is not. God damn it! :-5

OK, I wandered off and left the computer with him, because I was bored of it after about 10 minutes, and I don't want to have to download Linux though I know its better but its more complicated, anyway, it will be fixed for very small amounts of euro's and it will keep me going until I can get a proper computer (i.e. an Apple Mac), anyway, "goodnight Irene" is kinda a saying round here, like "goodnight and good luck", I thought everyone used it, but obviously not, whats the score in the villa match. I have been at a farmers market, in a woods walking a dog, and generally enjoying a lovely day, if would be perfect if we could also stuff west ham as well. :-6

Bit of a mix match in our house Jim ...Spurs, Son .....West Ham, Me... Reading but I also support the other two teams unless it's against Reading :sneaky:

Really dislike Man U and Chelsea though

Sam trained at Chelsea with the accademy when he was 8, he hated it but he met all the players which was cool.

He has got a guy from Fulham coming to look at him, so if he gets taken on it's free tickets for us :D

Thats pretty cool, Fulham are on the up, you should tell K Synder, he will be thrilled! Sorry, but we beat you, and sorry, but we need the points so you know, sorry and all, but. Anyway, the computer will be fine, the registry got corrupted, for a while it looked like the hard drive was feicked, but it wasn't, I am still getting an apple, they are just better, and PCs always flipping break down unless you know how to use Linux on them (which is not simple). So, it will all be fine in a while.

My computer died a few weeks ago, but happily the folks here helped me revive it. I lost a lot of 'stuff' but hey....I've survived without it.

Everythings been backed up now.

Don't despair Gally....I'm sure a bit of TLC etc will have you back with us soon,

Thanks abbey me dears, well it seems like the computer is going to do a lazarus on us after all, and make a big comeback, which is quite strange because usually you would have to at least reinstall the operating system, which means you would lose a lot of stuff off the machine, but in this case, thats not needed, so it will be back to complete health in a few hours, very annoying though, its a newish, expensive enough machine, and its crashed more than once already over 12 months, very frustrating. At the least the Villa did win, thats a big bonus, and I had a nice day anyway, as I left the computer alone and had fun in the bright winer sun. :-6

I bought it from Hewlit Packard, its a good one, and the warranty ran out 3 months ago, and also the warranty doesn't cover the operating system crashing, only the hardware, so you need to buy a service contract which costs a fortune, and is also hard to get honoured, (in my experience), anyways its back now, like lazarus, laughing at me, and I promise you, I, will get the last laugh on this little feicker. Still, alls well that ends well eh?
