Well, its always the case in any war the the opposition would develop some form of counter-meaures to your own best weapons, and this is the case here, also, another load of Iraqi's were blown up in a truck bomb day before yesterday (120?) they were Shiites, and following this mortar attacks were made from Shiite areas to Sunni areas in Bagdad, as the intensity of the civil war part of what is happening there intensifies.
