Well, the internet says it's 30 degrees here....ugh...feels like 10 below to me...

I know that 45 is cold for Florida, but I would love it right now!

My Grandparents are Snow birds and are in Florida (near Orlando) and told me that it's been cold down there...in the 60's...that was around the 26th of Jan. though..so I guess it's gotten colder...:(

Well we have had glorious sunshine over the last few days here in Ireland, and its been very cold and frosty with snow on the way, so it looks like we are getting the nice weather for a change, which is poetic justice! HA! Now because I have said that it will rain for 4 months solid, oh well. :(

I cant stand the cold the wind always hurts my ears makes my head numb for hours and uncontrollable teeth rattling dose nothing for me .

Prefer Spring and Summer time all those beautiful new colours and warmth and long lazy afternoons oh and plenty off beer . :-6

All I can say is, you had best get all this cold out of your system before I get down there in November!!

LOL!!

When I left the house this morning, it was 0 degrees (F) out with a windchill factor of -11!

And this is considerably warmer then it was on Monday and Tuesday when schools closed because it was "dangerously cold" out. Windchills in the -20's both mornings.

It was minus 4 degrees celcius today, apparently going to be a very cold night tonight. :)

Here, the schools were closed on Monday and Tuesday..due to the extreme cold. The village of East Rochester has no school bus service, so all the kids have to walk if they do not have rides.

But..the kids were out playing!! But with the winds the wind chill was bitter cold.

I had to o out yesterday, so I figured I would use the remote start on the car..I tried to start it up, and the car pretty much said "Yeah..right...I don't think so"

Well things are looking up today, the morning started off a little cool & only partly cloudy. But this afternoon the temp went up to 70f, & "sunny". Turned out so nice, that we sat outside in our back yard & had a BBQ. :)

(The long term rain prediction by local weathemen was way off the mark, they should be fired!) :wah:
