Going off to a cake decorating competition... no not to participate (not this year) but to go watch and sample, it's to raise funds for the disabled, and I am looking forward to it, Jr Minks and I are going armed with camera's so I hope to see some cool stuff.

Hey please post som pics, my mom used to do that, and let me tell ya she is GREAT at wedding cakes etc. My brother and I used to sample the frostings.

You just brought back a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Sometimes when money was tight she would do birthday cakes and confirmation cakes, she also knitted Christmas stockings etc.

OK I shall take some pics for you indeed. Jr Minks and I love watching cake competitions on TV so live should be a treat.

I love watching those on t.v. and would love to be able to attend one. Some of the stuff those cake masters and pastry chefs make is just incredible. Enjoy yourself!
