Acturally, people in china(Chinese citizens) who don't like china are old people 40+ or around. Because they had very bad time in th past, such as culture revolution civil war, or tiananmen event.

However, WE who represent the young generations love china so much. Because we are so happy and free everyday.We can do everything we want. most of us are the "only child",so we have more pocket money.our parents love us so much, if we want something they just buy for us.

Also, our country is so powerful now from eonomy to politics from GDP to Army, etc, , (Don't always talk things 10 , 20

or 50 years ago).Our economy is booming like hell.We have much more money.We don't need to concern anything. If there are any questions ,just ask me.

Hiya....I have a colleague who is working in Zuhai, establishing a Loudspeaker factory (British). He loves the people, is getting used to the food, is struggling with the language and is not to keen on the humidity.

Hello again China guy, its cool to love your country I guess, why not?, I love Ireland as well, its very green, like most of Europe and it rains a lot, which is a bit sucky, but we also have lots of nice stuff like Audi's and various material products which is great, but then we have too much some times and people get confused and sad, and thats not so great really is it? A lot of the things we buy for a lot of Euro's comes from your country, you are very busy over there aren't you? Our government sucks as well, (I am sure you understand), luckily they will be gone at the next election, thats the best fun of all, oh how we will laugh at them then. :wah:



I did go to see "The Three China's" exhibition at the London Royal Academy last year, it was extraordinary and the Chinese artifacts from various epochs in your country's long and ancient history were exceedingly beautiful. Very impressive indeed.

Expressing Chinese words in Roman lettering is done these days with Hanyu Pinyin.

Is there a corresponding convention for expressing English words in Chinese lettering?

That seems shockingly one-sided - I can easily imagine that Chinese script will become ubiquitous within a few decades, someone ought to be setting the world standard before a host of parallel alternatives come into use.

I have a few questions for you about the Chinese new year. I would like to know how you celebrate it, what your customs are?

Also, I am a woman born in the year of the Fire Horse, 1966. I have read that a Fire Horse woman is considered so unlucky and bad tempered that they were put to death in the past. Do you know if this is so and does it secretly happen behnd the scenes today?

My last question...on the Chinese calandar, is one year or animal considered better or luckier than the rest? What can we expect in the Year of the Pig?

sry i don't know much about the animals. all i know is i am metal tiger, and people born in the year of the metal tiger are healthy , strong and imunne to robbers,hehe.

btw i've never heard that people put fire horse woman to death.i think it's a rumor.

During chinese new year, we eat dumplings, go shopping everyday(everything is so cheap),visit relatives and friends, watch fireworks and etc. One convention i like is parents and grandparents give their children red pockets with Cash,hahahaha.

hmm, 6 years ago, ...if u go to china now, it would be much much much better...since we are the fastest developing country, 1 year in developed country = 1 month in china(think so.)
