About 2:30 p.m. my windows rattled from 3 seperate explosions at the local Valero refinary. It's located 8 miles south of my town. Thank goodness there were no casualties, but there are a couple in critical condition at the burn unit. The link is to photos of the plant on fire. It's still burning now, and no one cannot take the highway south out of my town.
