The Airwaves of Europe's most represive state, Belarus, have become a lot duller after the country's paranoid leadership all but banned foreign radio stations, tv, internet and music being played in the state, under a new draconian decree.
Inspired by neo-Stalinist president Alexander Lukashenko, a man known as "Europe's last dictator" by his critics, the ban has left many in a time warp.
