When life gives you a problem, wether it be bitchy cat fights at work or gossip about you even when you have done nothing to the gossipers, unjustified promotions etc, Do you:



A: dwell for days on what has happened until it possesses a life of its own and you have anxiety?



B: Tell everyone your two cents and create future stress



C: Suck it up and move on pal!!!

D. I remedy the situation.

I suck it up and move on, and into my own happy place, then later I get MAD about it...and let off steam when alone or with loved one, then I'm alllll better!!:-6

I confront the situation - work out a solution - work out the friction from gossip.

I want to get to root of the problem. Gossip is disruptive - waste of energy-evil.

Gossip usually stems from a female out of jealousy. If everyone is doing their job - they shouldn't be worried about what your doing.!!

You spend too much time at work - work atmosphere has to have harmony or you'll need to look for another job.

I tend to talk about it to whoever will listen!... that way I can figure out whether I was the one out of line....or totally justified

Ive always been like that...... need to discuss things to help me figure out my next move

I give as good as I get until I get better then forget about it. :wah: I always say what I think, sometimes without thinking first but never like just to say to someone what they want to hear.
