I haven't really been paying attention. I think its a shame that she can't just die, has to be a "dramatic ending" to a very dramatic life.
I'm with Rain, just want best for baby girl:-4

This kid's going to be another Athena Onassis/Loneliest Little Girl in the World.
Many people die and their kids' paternity is in question. Why not put them on Larry King or whatever? Just because it's some childlike dysfunctional playmate, it's big news. Her soul's free now, it doens't much matter where they put her body and if I hear one more person tell us how much better off that kid will be now that her mother is DEAD I will go off on them. I can't believe such disrespect.

I agree.
I wonder how we would feel if it was one of our family who had passed away.

Yes, many people die every day. No one would cover a news story on one of our family members, who are worthy of just as much air time.
It all comes down to cold, hard cash.
The baby is an innocent victim, just leave her alone. The court will decide, and it frankly is none of our business.

The continuing coverage is totally ridiculous. Shows where our interests lie.
With all due respect to the poor woman, she didnt discover a cure for a deadly disease, or write a piece of memorable literature, or spend her days doing charity work in Somalia. Drop it already.

Did everyone forget theres a war going on !!
I'm so tired of the coverage of this misfit blonde
CPS should have the baby until a decision is made - this is ridiculous
If this situation was you of I - CPS would have the baby in a foster home
Lately the news is full of Anna Nicole and nothing of the war - great deterant

Did the O. J. Simpson trial get wall to wall coverage in the U. K. a few years ago? It's The Jerry Springer Syndrome, most people can't keep their eyes off the wreck of other people's lives. The networks love it! James Brown hasn't been buried yet as the family squabbles. Anyone fear that your family may have problems when it comes time to settle the estate?

You asked if someone would squabble over my estate - NO
Have I had to experience ones greed over ones estate - YES
Was I ripped off - YES
I walk away from that BS - when someone dies I don't expect anything - I certainly won't fight physically or legally.
What I have I accomplished on my own

I agree. A good friend of ours passed away a few years ago at the age of 97. Just before she passed, she lamented that so many people she hadn't seen or heard from for many years were going to send flowers to her funeral. She said, "We should give flowers to the living." Too many people wait until after death to get involved, and then, like you say, greed consumes them.
