Email notifications

In my settings I've disabled the appropriate boxes for email notifications I've unsubcribed to threads and still recieving notifications.
SOmebody do something my email box is filling up.AAAGGHHHH!!!!!
Go to My Settings / List Subscriptions and look in the right hand column. Untick any threads showing in the notifications column.
