Tried to Add my Credit Card account

I just added a new Master Card to Paypal and when I tried to use it here on FG it said that my account is limited. Is this because it's new? And Paypal is waiting to ad it to their account? Or what? Then Paypal gave me a page to add my bank account number. I don't want to add that. I want to use my credit card.

Pay Pal can be a little odd or difficult to understand, sometimes its just not clear what theyre going on about. I think PP (:)) has to process your card. This might take a few days. In the meantime youre restricted to the philosophy area.

Yah I think that may be it. But it still has not changed from a "restricted" account. So I have a credit card that I can't even use to pay for my membership here. Maybe I'll just have to use my bank account directly.
