thanks red ,you have been in my thoughts a lot today ,i'm having a three steps forward day today , I know you will know what I mean here today for the first time in recent years it felt good to be alive ,the sunshine on my back the birds singing ,it felt good , I know tomorrow I could fall again but as long as the days like today get more and more frequant I know that light in my tunnel ain't necessarily a freight train heading towards me
