I was wondering if anybody here Fears Death i don't fear Death because i know its going to happen at one point in my life or another

I'm with Bryn. I worry about how it's going to come but I don't worry about coming off the mortal coil. In some ways I welcome it. I just don't want to go in pain or fear.

Yes Darren, I do. I get scared sometimes knowing I could drop dead at any time and worry about what would happen to my kids or them finding me like that.

Before I got divorced no I did not fear death, I was so close to my faith, however, I am afraid that my son will be alone when he finds out, and I feel like I let Jesus down by getting divorced, but I wouldnt be alive now if I hadnt. , so fear, and disappointment, not afraid , just sorry that I let jesus down. If I had to choose to live or be with the lord, definately be with the lord, so I am definately going to enjoy my son until then, we say to each other every day , "Love you all the way to Heaven" I say I love you all the way back!:)

i used to feel quilty as a christian too for getting divorced to ip..but i strongly believe as a christian that iit is even more important to not be abused and to stand up for what we believe in....esp.self respect.....:-4 i dont know about u... i might be the one who made it governmently legal but my ex had long bailed out of the marriage....in gods eyes . all i did was set him free....

I don't fear death, I do fear the process, which can vary greatly.

Like some of the other posters, I don't fear being dead, cause when you are dead you are dead. But I don't want to die in a hard or drawn out way, that would not be nice. Its something everyone thinks of from time to time, and what can you say? ts part of existence that in reality its very, very short, and you have to learn to deal with that emotionally. But its not so bad, its part of the natural order, but that doesn't always make it a very comforatable thought, some people are cooler with it than others, but I suppose until you really encounter a life/death situation its hard to know what you think init?

I do not fear death, I would just like to go fast instead of suffering, like I seen alot of people do.

Ive accepted that it is inevitable. Im not scared.. I always think Ill be sad that the journey is over. Ive always been more afraid of being embalmed and buried. I dont want either. I am very concerned that my wishes to be immediately cremated will not be carried out. And like everyone else, Im afraid of suffering.

I don't fear death.......I just don't want to be their when it happens :driving:

I fear death in so much as I fear the way I might die or the death of people I love.

I don't fear Death, however am concerned about my children, which of course already have the woll drawn up for that. I would prefer not to be in a lot of pain, but of course I don't have any control over that etither.

It would be nice to live long enough to see my boys grow up and have grandchildren, spoil them rotten and give them back to my children to take home...the utlimate revenge!!:)
