I have never had a dream where I was falling. I dream frequently of rising and floating through the air and I awake refreshed.

I heard that if you dream you are falling and you actually hit the ground in your dream that you die, in real life.

I used to feel like I was on that Pirate ship ride when I was falling asleep every night. My body was the centre gravity point but I felt like I was swinging up and down away from it. I got used to it after awhile. Can't remember the last time it happened but it felt better then the falling sensation.
