Mandela Praises Friend And Thug Mugabe

Mandela is the man with his back towards us? The other guy is really black who is he and is he a good friend or what? Its an old photo, could have been a cousin?
Look at the date of the speech, 1997 before Mugabe made clear what he was. Ten years before that Dick Cheney was shaking the hand of Saddam Hussein as one of the West's allies encouraging him in his war against Iran, why don't you reproduce that photograph?
