Personally...ummm I wish we could BAN him and so many other rappers...I don't blame Australia or the UK...he needs to go form a "Rapper Island" and let them all do their "thing" on thier own little Island...

OK - please don't anyone be offended but I really had a laugh when I heard this on the news this morning.

For a country that was originally populated with the convicts of England to bann someone because of their arrest record is kind of ironic, isn't it.

Oh - and I am NOT a fan and wish that we could find a way to ban him from the U.S. A.

Getting back to the Dog, YES he should be banned! As well as any of the other "celebs" that are arrested for Drugs & Disorderly conduct! "Celebs" are the ones that our youngsters look up too, & follow their lead. So the celebs should set good examples! (Not to mention the Dog was already warned)

I can see your point. For me, it isn't him personally, but the industry in general who profit from the lyrics and bad messages their music sends our youth. No matter where you live, it isn't cool for your son to call his girlfriend a 'ho. Not cool to think packing a pistol is the way of life either. JMHO

Uhh... when did being a celebrity and an entertainer mean that you had the right to be a sh*t stain on the world? If you're famous, and your actions are seen by the world over, we should be holding these people to a standard of responsibility that we'd hold any other person, if not higher. i can undersatnd but i do like rapp music and you think at the age of 45 i would like something else.I went to see eminem 4 years ago and loved it.I agree some rappers use music as an excuse to use volence,which in this day and age is not good.

even the cute little white girls admit to doing drugs, etc. why only focus on rappers??

And, personally I don't hold anyone, celebrity or not "to a standard of responsibility"....how anyone chooses to live their life is no concern to me.

You're right... no celebrity is perfect, so why are they idolized?

I don't just focus on rappers, that just happened to be the topic. By the way, when did race get into this?

They shouldn't be able to hide behind the mask of celebrity or entertainer and bear no consequences that the rest of us would if we were to behave in the same way. That's what I mean by "standard of responsibility."

How someone chooses to live their life is fine, just please don't influence our next generation to be a bunch of punks. And that, sunny104, is definitely a concern to me.
