Some recent threads in the Garden got me to wondering... at what point does someone stop being enthusiastic and start being a nutter?

I was called a reptile back in 1997 and discovered you can't respond. If you say you aren't then they tell you that not all of the reptiles know they are reptiles and you must be one of that sort.
