Yeah i think my mum too.

I owe some much to my mum and she really is my best friend, my mum is like a dad to me too. ( cos mine isn't any good )

Yes Red I agree. I used to work at an animal shelter - saw too much cruelty to animals, just cannot believe that people could do such things.

I left when we moved away - good job too - 4 dogs came home with me - we were running out of room in our house. They have all since died of old age, they were our babys. I have 2 now a German Shepherd (Bradley) and Brittany Spaniel (Bonnie) - oh and 2 cats and 2 fish. I live in a mad house :wah:

Hey Pheas! I worked at a shelter too. The stories I could tell you. Incompetence reigned supreme.

But anyway...yes we have animal stamps!

One night there was a big fire in the kennels where the dogs were kept. The women that ran the shelter, went in and got every last dog out. she was so badly brurnt she spent months in hospital and had hundreds of skin grafts. This says it all - she would not leave any dog in there. She was a wonderful, dedicated and compassionate person. I will never forget her. :-4
