Is there anyone else out there that has trouble sleeping??? This is driving me bonkers!!! Just over the last few weeks I've not been sleeping well and now it seems to be getting worse:-1

Calling all insomniacs.....How do you cope??? Coz I'm gettin to the point where all I wanna do is:-1

Hi PC, its only 9:15 here so not even got to bed yet. Sorry to hear you are having trouble sleeping. I hate that I usually end up trashing the bedroom when it happens to me. :-4

My God woman! Do you ever stop?? I'm cream crackered just reading your blurb:wah: Didn't really do anything terribly exciting today but I seemed to spend an AGE in my car! I went to visit my folks today - they live about 30 miles from me and they're heading off to Tenerife soon... (lucky beggers) Stayed with them for a little while and then went to pick up my flatmates mum to bring her back here. She's staying with us for a couple of days. Vegged infront of tv in the evening and then went to bed about 11...... and here I am!

Am driving up to Derry this morning to see some friends. It's a 200 mile round trip which I don't mind at all but my eyes would need to be thinkin about closin very soon:wah:

Chick, I think it was catching 'this can't sleep', I went to sleep straight away last night but then woke up a 3am and could not go back to sleep. I gave up at 6am and got up. Can't wait till bed time tonight - I am sooooooooo tired!

go to the library and rent a couple techinical manuals, try reading them in bed with low light and presto you will be asleep in no time :wah:

Yeah being over-tired can make everything seem hard work. I struggled today. And hubby has gone away for the night - so I have to sort the children out and get them to bed before I can go.

Lets hope we both get a better night - it must be pretty late with you already.

I ordered the movie 'flushed away' for the kids - so they are quiet and I can just flake out on the sofa until bedtime.

I'm ready for bed here - even with our 5 hour time difference. Gotta get up earlier and help supervise 20 little campers. :-6 10 mins I think.

Staying indoors mostly Pheasy - It's the 12th of July marches tomorrow so I plan to stay inside away from all the trouble. May be going to see the new Harry Potter movie on Friday night. Then back to work on saturday:-6

Well it not actually camping. Its a program that our state park runs for kids through the summer. Each week its different age groups. We teach kids about animals and nature. Take them on trips around the park and play games. Its fun.

Awww... I'm the very same way... my brain is typically the culprit, too... The good thing for me is that I typically don't need very much sleep, anyway. Is it typical for you to be an insomniac... and do you follow all the recommendations for falling asleep?

I'm either going to go see the new Harry Potter film or Ratatouille, myself...

I go thru phases of not being able to sleep..... It drives me nuts:-5

There would never be a dull moment with me around;)

It's almost 430am - it's getting light and I can hear the mad rooster across the way making an ungodly noise:D

I did that... I did it for a few others on the forum, too. I suppose I just got sick of the John Deere themed style. :wah:
