Hi

Me dont feel that good today :-1 i have for the past 2 weeks been having alot of sinus problems.Last night my ear was hurting so i went to the doctors today and both of my ears are really blocked my left one is very dry inside and white where is is so blocked:-1

So have got to take antibioctics and a some spray for my ears.,i have got to go back 23rd of may,but it is making me feel like i have got a heavy cold.I am going to have my lunch now and i am going to have some soup good old comfort food.

Not a nice way to feel at all, I've had similar problems in the past. I hope you get it cleared easily.

Oh no, ear problems are the worst and can be so so painful, I feel for you.

Try some warmed Olive Oil dropped in them.

Oh yes how awful for you Neffy, I have loads of ear problems all the time, including now to be honest, so I feel your pain. I really hope you feel better soon, and soup really is a good comfort food all right! :-4 :-6
