My wallet is currently my left-hand trouser pocket. In it are:

A wodge of paper, receipts, etc., comprising:

Shop receipts.

A map of Warwick Castle, and grounds, with some bumph concerning the castle.

A confidential letter, rather ragged now.

£340 in 20s.

A bank card, with the chip Sellotaped in (it fell out!).

A keycard.

Some paying-in slips.

A reminder from the Young Master's school about termtime events.

Also:

Keys.

Comb.

Pen-knife.

Rubber.

Sugar-free sweets someone bought back from the 'States.

£2.31p in loose change.

A few empty brass cartridge cases.

A lot of you carry your social security and ID cards around, do you need them to show people? Do you worry about them being stolen and someone stealing your identity? Sorry if it's daft questions, I know WW3 will answer me if no one else does :wah: :-4

Interesting. What are these "checks" you cash? Can't you just go to an ATM and shove a card in there? CCverification.... do you use PINs "over there"?

Not daft questions at all, Suzy! A lot of us, especially the older and elderly people don't like carrying around their SS cards or giving out their number which you have to do for everything now from doctor appts. to renting movies.

I don't like carrying mine around and usually don't except I've had several doctor and pharmacy visits lately and I just keep it on hand for that. I don't worry too much about identity theft as much as I worry about my employers and everybody else looking into my banking, credit history, medical records, etc.

Yes, pretty much anymore that's what I do. I occasionally still need to write a check there are still some small mom and pop stores that don't have ATM's or take credit or debit cards. For example my dog grooming shop (but they know me now).

Yes we use pins for debit cards.

I have no clue why I carry my social security card. My parents did, so I always did. I worry less about someone steal my identity than I do losing my card.

Hey WW3, diet pills are bad for you, throw them away!!!

If you have no health insurance for yourself, what happens if you're sick  Do you have to pay a monthly amount for it, how much is health insurance for an adult and a child?? Sorry if I seem nosey, just don't know a great deal about it (well ok, nothing about it):D

Suzyb I pay $800.00 a month for health insurance for me my wife and my youngest son. If you don't have insurance most places will treat you then charge triple the amount that they would chage your ins. comp. So that you have to file bankruptcy then they can write it off to pay less taxes etc. etc. Afriggin rip off,

The diet pills are the first I've bought in AGES!! I won't stay on them long....promise!

I can't afford health insurance on my own, and Company where I work will provide half of the cost, but then the other half comes from my paycheck. I'm in really bad financial way right now (don't like to cry poor-actually HATE it). So, I'm doing without.

I forgot to mention. We also have to pay around $1500.00 to $2000.00 before insurance kicks in to help pay. Then we still pay 20% or so of whatever the amount is. I have only been to the doctor one time in 15 years because it pisses me off so much.

If you don't have insurance, Like YZGI said, you pay an arm and a leg and your firstborn child for the office visit. You generally have to go to the doctor first to get a prescription for medication...can't just get it...At least been my experience.

All of the above. Most policies have a co-pay also. When you get meds you have to pay $10, $15, or $20 depending on your policy.

Yup it is terible. The rich stay healthy and the poor die. Luckily most of us have insurance. Alot get theirs from the companies they work for but that is becoming lesss and less. The comp.'s simply cant afford it as well these days. It seems to go up around 30% each year for me and my employeees.

:) No problemo, Suzy! Good question, good answers.

Not my business BUT....

Wendy doesn't need any stinking diet pills. Throw those out, girl! You're a good looking woman with real curves- the way women ought to look.

I've used those things several times before. Once I was on Dexatrim and I got overheated, took too much and passed out in the dishwasher while I was loading it. My dad caught me.

Tried that Trimspa crap too. "Be envied." Yeah. More like be dead. My heart raced for two days. I was scared and thought I might have a heart attack.

We luscious chicks are lovely and nice to hold, nice to snuggle with, nice to love, nice to be seen with. This from the mouths of my last two boyfriends.

Throw those damn pills away and go buy yourself some fresh flowers instead. You deserve those.
