Any thoughts on which direction to take ? English food didnt pan out the way Id hoped it would.

I guess I'm just a lover, not a fighter.
Don't like wars of any kind. Differences of opinion and points of view are fine. Sticking to a specific topic without personal insults is fine too. IMO
