I work in a clerical position and I get paid hourly. I've been at this company for 16 years and don't even make quite $9.00/hour. Your opinion please.

My only opinion is that you must like the job, benefits or something, it can't be the money.

Don't know, it's just that I always have month left at the end of the money.

I accept dollars, euro and sterling, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, bank cheques, gold bullion and diamonds.

Up until the end of Feb I was paid by the hour - what I worked I was paid for and I was responsible for keeping a float to tide me over holidays, sickness, etc.

Now I appear to be paid by the month! I doesn't make any difference what work I do the cheque at the end of the month is the same - I'm finding it difficult to get used to it.

Surely there must be *some* link between the work I do any the pay I receive?
