Isn't that ridiculous? Meanwhile people have real lawsuits to deal with.
I don't agree with disbarring him, though. What he did was over the top but not criminal.

what is annoying is it could have been sorted out without all that trouble, the cleaners apparently found the trousers a couple of days later and tried to return them to the gentleman involved

Mr. Pearson is crazy, plain and simple. Business owners have to pray to God that someone like him, does not walk into their business. I dont blame the family for considering going back to Korea.. I ran across a nut like this myself, down in Georgia. It wasnt pleasant, and she cost me legal fees. These predators are called legal terrorists. They look for innocent honest people to get rich from.

He seems to be a nut-case. He included a charge for *1,400 hours* of time spent, presumably by him, preparing the case - over a pair of trousers! 1,400 hours equates to half a year, full time, 8 hours a day. This seems to me to demonstrate the need for him to be removed from his job, permenantly.
