What do you do , when you are about to totally blow your stack because of someone?

-walk away

-exercise what about when you are at work and you cant leave?

Revenge is a dish best served cold....:sneaky:;)

Seriously though, I just bite my lip, because I'm a great believer in these two sayings: "What goes around, comes around" and "Give em enough rope and they'll hang themselves" :sneaky:

I look at 'em with a straight face

in my mind I'm thinking "you are so done" "idiot" "are you proud of yourself" and

"I wished I was as perfect as you - A-- etc. etc. works for me.

I don't react & refuse to

Patsy

Passing rats turds in the sewer of life.

Joking aside it depends on the circumstances, sometimes blowing up is all you can do.

I usually am too shocked at someone being an idiot to react right away....so therefore I just give them the "deer in the headlights" look...and then later I complain to someone and "All better"!!:):-6

Well generally I let it go, I figure if someone is going to act the idiot role, I won't stoop to their level and react the same.

Awful high and mighty of me eh ahahahaha

I usually hit out but am having to change that and learn to control my temper. Walking away and taking time out is the best thing but not always possible, depending on the situation. I find I'm calm one minute and the smallest thing can make me blow. Not a good thing for my kids to see so I really need to get it sorted.
