Ever felt Bleh for no reason?

I feel Bleh today, no reason at all that i can think of, my life is fine, ive no problems, i dident overeat or drink yesterday ect. Everybody gets days like that tho dont they?
So for the days with no apparent reason for being bleh what do you think causes it? Hormone's, bio rythms, what?

Yep, yesterday was pretty much like that for me, got better as the day wore on though. Hope your feeling better soon! :-6

Funny you said biorythms Buttercup, that was the first thing I thought of.
I always think it's an internal thing. A chemical thing. Just roll with it. The next day will look better.
Maybe it's because you're back at work? A new change to adjust to?
How's that going for you anyway??

maybe we are all stuck in the rut of weather that is wearing us down?? Too hot too long, too rainy for too long??

Never heard the word bleh before. Does it mean feeling depressed. If so yes many times. There is a storm outside,I should turn off the pc,I reckon it is the lack of summer gets me down, sometimes other stuff. Maybe we will all feel better tomorrow,after a good nights sleep.
