My mom passed away this past Monday, 16 July. Obviously, it was quite a shock. She had a lovely send off though, and I'm just grateful she is no longer suffering and struggling to breathe.

Thanx, everyone. I appreciate the thoughts and prayers. I'd been praying since Jan. that she would go quickly and easily, and for the most part, she did. Her heart gave out while she was taking a breathing treatment.
I'm at peace with it, to a very large degree, as I hated seeing her struggle so hard to catch one breath. I last saw her two weeks ago, and she was completely grey. She's far better off now, and I wouldn't wish her back if I could.
