I was raised in the Bay area

San Jose

before it was silicon valley, it was (honest to God)

THE PRUNE CAPITAL of California :p

now I live in Los Angeles / Hollywood

the silicone capital of the world *snicker*

Please, let me know where you are living, in this crowded state...

I kept my house in L.A., I shall return! Like in 2 weeks from today, for my daughter's wedding! :-4

Never been. Never wanted to go till I watched a high definition show on the Pacific Coast Hwy.

Its on the list now.

Id probably skip LA though.

LA is cool, Nomad. But a cruise up the Pacific Coast Highway, very pretty indeed.:-6

i have seen some great california posters in the travel agents indeed it does look very nice

I'll be posting lots of photos when I get back from the wedding, I'll take lots of the beach for you, Jimbo..........................:-6

Love it--------------for the six months of the year that we are here, it's perfect. The other six months are in New Zealand.
