Sorry to hear of your troubles IP. Yes I've worked with some women where when they got into a position of authority, it seemed the power went directly to their heads, where they then became a Queen Biatch!

Hang in there, (easier said then done) and take what comes down. Like you said, for the money they're paying you, you don't need to be cra*ped on. You'll find a better job if need be! Good Luck!

Thanks guys alot!!! I work with a control freak pharmacist,she hates anyone who is not her age her size and thinks her way!!! She has her little pet Julie who is her tattletale, and runs to management and yells wolf, she has them soooo snowed,they pick everyones work apart and she is the worst tech I have ever seen, well yesterday was mega bitch day for the both of them after they made me cry, doing my own work minding my own business, they just kept at it, I looked up and we were slammed at least 300 sripts up and alot to go, said oh I feel soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sick, Im going home!

Never done something like that in my life,four years of lying tatteling and being crapped on I could care less if I have a job.

Thats why I don't do it to the wrong chick. Not that there ever has been a wrong chick with me. I actually left a job once because I was being sexually harassed. There is a big difference between that and friendly banter. It ain't hard to pick out the folks that know the difference. I think it is probably far easier for men to work with women than it is with women to work with each other.

Well, went to work yesterday, and had today off, however, there were a lot of hints at a pile of new applicants, I thought oh,yeah, and I said"Here do you want me to go through them for you or do your work to so you can, and If you are to write me up Here use my pen!!!!! Smiled and walked away!

Some women are not like that to work for. I have women and men bosses they are very nice to me. I hope everything works out for you.
