No need to worry that the kids don't get enough exercise because they are glued to computer games. A new company has developed an exercise machine that doubles as a controller for games consoles.
Manufacturer, Powergrid Fittness launched what it calls a Kilowatt isometric trainer, the joystick is replaced with a 'resisance rod'. This device measures the force applied by the player rather than the motion of the rod and can give a workout similar to cardiovascular exercise.
