Here is another update on my leaving my place of work..............I asked shelley to empty my locker for me and to hand the keys back in.She went there today and found it empty :-2 she went to the office to ask where my things went and they said they have got rid of my stuff.

Shelley came home dinner time to let me know this and i was so bloody well pizzed off:-5.I rang the branch manager to complain, we have had a good chat and he was quite cross in the fact that shelley and my sister both work there and one of them could of been there when it was being cleared out and put in a bag and bought home to me.The branch manager did say he would sent me a cheque to the value of what was in there.I feel so pleased now that i have left,i can now move on and do lots more for myself and famliy

Man the Compony you worked for have no right what so ever to take your personal belongs away if i was you i would set my rottie of at the Boss :wah:

i could send jj and indy down .............but i think i will send missy the staff she would let them know whats what :wah::wah:

How dare they Neffy!!! Surely any decent person would have asked you first wether there was anything you wanted from there or should they just clear it out?:-5 You obviously made the right choice to leave Neffy, you dont need to be working for such petty minded people.

My daughter has just handed her notice in at work as she has got a job now in the field she has been studying for, the company knew when she started there that she was eventually going to leave, but still they are treating her like scum now she has handed in her notice! they are taking all the workers out for all expenses paid night out to thank them for the hard work over the last few months, hitting good targets etc. but she has been told she wont be allowed to go, as she has given her notice:mad: she has worked as hard as anyone and always hit her targets and got good bonuses, even someone who just started last week is going, and another who has just returned from maternity leave. She has also heard a rumour that she wont get her bonus due to her with her last months wage as she is leaving!!! but knowing my daughter she wont stand for that:wah:

Call the bloody cops , they stole your stuff

update on my things they took out of my locker......................they found it in the bloody bin,i am now going to take this further,i will let you know how it goes,at the moment i am spitting blood :mad::mad:

right i have decidied that i will ring up head office and i will be taking this further,how dear they throw my things in a bloody bin.Is that all i am worth after 3 years of working there:-5:-5

I see a bit of discrimination involved...if you were a male, would they have dare discarded your personal belongings?

I see some of this at my job...unless you are "eye candy", you don't get the recognition you deserve at times. Some complaints that are issued by fellow female employees are not taken seriously. I see my bosses office door shut and the "good ole boys" in there amongst themselves talking about "whatever".

No matter how good an employee we are, we, as females. still are not entirely given the respect we deserve. I like my job and have confidence in my abilities in the office, but the discrimination is always going to be there. It's a mans world still.

This does not surprise me Nefs - knowing the company you work for - I have heard similar horror stories - if there is anything I can try and do (with my links to company), just let me know. Hope things work out for you. They are a bunch of brainwashing, dictators - good luck Hun :-4

If this was done in the US there would be legal action for sure. Employee's have rights and yours were violated take action and get legal advice. :-5

I agree! If you let them get away with it they'll treat the next woman that way. I'd be tearing someone a new one if they touched my stuff!

i have lodged a complaint and i have said that they have invaded my human rights,its a case of wait and see:-3
