I fixed Gunnard (fish) for dinner last evening. I worried the fish with a bit of butter in a casserole dish, sliced some red, green & yellow capisum and sprinkled on top of the fish, added a few slices of Italian squash with small slices of celery. Covered everything with a mild Thai Chili Sauce and put into a 1000 watt Microwave for 8 minutes. Served it up in a bowel on a bed of steamed long grain white rice. This, along with a good bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Ah!!!! Life is Good!!!!

Lon,
Sounds great! Were you able to enjoy a little bit of the Sauvignon Blanc while you were cooking?
