My mother=in-law is so poorly,she came down last tues with Diarrhea and it has got worse has the week has been going on.But what as made me so bloody cross is that my father-in-law has played it down:-2 the reason we know how she is because we live near them,but i got hubby to ring his sister and brother yesterday and they had know idea how ill she was.

My sister-in-law changed her sheets and washed her yesterday which is the first time ,i have said to hubby she needs to go into hospital but he is worried that he is interfaring,well i said to him straight deal with that later but you mum needs to get in to hospital.

I have just had a phone call and she is much worse now cant even stand up and she has chronic Diarrhea and bless her she has not had any food since last wed,i am so cross with hubbys dad even when he did ring the doctor he really played it down saying that she was not that bad,oh god i am so bloody cross i just dont know what to say,i just hope he has not left it to late:-1

thanks jimbo,i am so cross with his dad my mum had that and i got her in the hospital within 24 hours as she was weak and and also being sick.

Get her to hospital asap

I hope she is ok neffy poor woman.

Neffy something simmelar happened to my mother in law we didnt no she was as bad as she was,her hubby didnt tell us how sick she was.Unfortunatly we lost her just 3 weeks ago.Get her help asap and go over ur father in laws head if need be please.I hope she recovers.I'll be thinking of u and urs.

I do hope your Mother in law gets better , also try and think , this is something spouses do we don't want to believe it is happening and rightly or wrongly we don't like to bother family , I know I am between the rock and the hard place at the moment , I am telling my family enough but not all :-4

just thought i would up date you all,my MIL has ben taking to hospital and she is very vevry ill,i will not be on here as much,but will keep you all up dated.

This has bought alot of very upsetting memories for me and i feel very upset for my hubby.

Hang in there Neffy, I hope the MIL gets better, it's good news she has got to the hospital mind you. It was far to long a time to be left at home that sick, specially to be going that long without food, and likely is seriously dehydrated on top of it all.

Update on my MIL she has now been moved to ICU as her kidneys have i just failed:-1 just cant beleieve this has gone this far.

so sorry to hear about your M-I-L.

my barrie was a bit like that, he couldnt handle illness very well but when his son had cancer, he coped brilliantly.

i remember ages ago, just before xmas, there was a terrible bug going round, people where dropping like flys with it and it took ages to recover from it.

barries answer ?? fresh air and excercise that is, until he got it !!!!!!!!

he was even hallucinating and i found him going out to open the gate to let the air ambulance people in !!!! ( they wernt coming, it was just in his mind)

when he got better i told him if i ever heard him mention fresh air and excercise again, i'd punch him. !!
