Why is it when someone tells you there is a billion of stars in the universe, you believe them. But if they tell you there is wet paint somewhere you have to touch it?

Why is it the more tired you are, the harder it is to get some good sleep?

You have a lot of energy when you're feeling wide awake and good. You get a lot of chores done. When you're tired you sometimes can't sleep because you're worried about all the things you haven't accomplished.

Why are some people so lazy that they can't do simple chores, like pick up after themselves? If they use the last tissue they leave the empty box there, empty roles of toilet paper are left for the next person, or soiled clothes are left all over the floor.
