I guess I slept wrong last night.

It's one of those functions that you need your body to do properly on its own, since we are unconscious at the time.

So now I can't turn my head. I'm sure it will be better by noon but right now I'm rubbing up against wall corners to try and straighten my shoulder out.

No, that would be "Pain in the A$$!!":D:D

Apply heat, then try rotating your head clockwise a few times, then counterclockwise to stretch the muscles.

Heating pad, a Antinflammatory (Aleve, Naprosen to name a few) Hot shower and a few easy side to side neck stretches should work. I live with this every day. GOOD LUCK..

It's getting better all the time.

I don't mean to complain. Just mentioning that it hardly seems fair to be injured whilst doing nothing. I like a good story to tell about how it happened.

Are you still struggling with smoking cessation? The discomfort can manifest itself in odd ways. A stiff neck indicates tension, and what's not stressful about quitting?

It could have to do with lifting heavy cabinets all day yesterday too.

I go through that on occasion, I use something called 024 it works like a charm, rather expensive $20 at least for the small bottle.

have your tried a wedge pillow, I now sleep with one.

I played around on the monkeybars with all my nieces today at the park and it seems to have helped. I use this stuff called Biofreeze that I got from my chiropractor.
