Ive been using the BT home hub since my old router packed in. I've been getting on fine with it for a few months now. The other day i get sent a BT home hub phone to go along with it. Sits nicely in the hub & it all looks very tidy & prettifull :-4

I charge it up & register it online like the destructions tell you too.

Now the thing is - it doesent actually ring :-3 I can call out no problems & cant see anything on the actual phone or hub that allows you to set ring tone so its not that.

Luckily i have other phones so i can tell if there is a call coming in. Anyway what i'm wondering is - what is the benefit of having this BT phone & what do you have to do to make it ring

Please explain in layman's terms :wah:

Do you have Broadband talk activated?

I think the hub only rings if you have.

Not too sure Butters, my neice has one but she's away for a week so can't ask her.
