:wah: Now I have your attention.....

Can anyone help, I was printing a document (birthday invites for Lucys birthday party - not that you needed to know that :wah:) when my cat stuck her paw in the printer because she is fascinated with the 'thingy' going across as it prints. Well she messed the document up, so I tried to delete the document in printer manager, Now its just stuck on 'deleting document', and won't go - its using all my CPU and PC is running like a 'pig on stilts'. A restart has made no difference. Any ideas....please :-4

1. On the taskbar, click Start, and then click Run.

2. Enter the following:

net stop spooler (and hit enter)

3. Delete all files in the following folder:

C:WindowsSystem32SpoolPrinters

4. Once the spool files are deleted, start the spooler again:

net start spooler





Now where's my pictures!
