I have just started a 'lets get Pheasy healthy' program, which involves me and .....umm .....me, as no one else in family is so keen on the steamed veggies and piles of fruit I am forcing them to eat. So I am eating healthy, taking extra vitamins, drinking green tea (:yh_sick), as its supposed to cleanse the body, given up coffee (well reduced 20 cups a day to 2), fried food, alcohol and drinking 'gallons' of water.

So, WHY!, when I woke up this morning do I have a zit forming - I NEVER GET ZITS!. :-5 So, I am going to have great inners, but I'll look like @#$%

Trouble with zits, there like men, you never know how big they are going to get and how long they are going to stay :sneaky::)

Zits are the toxins in your system

There's also cleansing drinks at Health Food Stores to flush you system.

Fasting - I know is difficult - but if you could fast for a couple of days to flush your system and get the zit process over with quick..

I eat alot of fruit & veggies daily and zits still appear from time to time - just like that man you were referring to.

Wow I wish I had the motivation to get my body back into shape like that. I wish you all the best with your health program Pheasy. Oh and don't worry about a tiny little spot, remember it's what is inside that counts! :-4
