Oh my, how I've changed my tune from those dark "I vont to be alone" days. That's being all loved up isn't it?

Well I took the first step yesterday towards selling my house which some of you may know I poured thousands of hours into doing up. The plan is to move in with my girlfriend, then sell her house and then go for it in our own place. You only get one life and I'm not wasting mine. :-6

Anyone interested in buying Chez Krammy can leave a deposit in my Nigerian bank account :sneaky:

Lee's place is 4 miles out of the city but ultimately, the lure of the countryside around Tamworth will see us looking in that direction. Further to travel but definately worth it.

Here are some of the Estate Agents pix. The house went on the market last week. A couple came to view the property on Sunday, then again last night and the house sold this morning.

I love it when a plan comes together.

I agree. We still refer to our houses as "your place" or "my place", so "our place" has a better ring to it.

Although Lees place is small she loves it and is happy there, so I won't be expecting her to leave it behind for anything she isn't totally in love with. She has fallen for a couple of Victorian properties already, but one step at a time.

Congrats on the house sale, nice decor no wonder it sold!

Contracts exchanged today for completion tomorrow.

So it all went through this morning with a princely sum landing in my bank account. Nice. With the extra grand a month in my pocket, I might think about going on some holidays:D
