I just came in and saw this. Yep tomorrow's my date to appear to the judge regarding my foster dogs and I need all the good luck I can get. I am very, very anxious about it.

What are they trying for now?

Well I'm supposed to have my dogs gone (all but four- the limit) and I'm supposed to report that and I'm supposed to accept the plea agreement (they drop the barking dog charges if I admit to running a kennel without a license) and I have to pay $350. I don't like anything about this. Meanwhile my neighbors are over limit and nobody says anything about that. Oh yeah- I'm on unsupervised probation for a year as well. All for saving dogs' lives without a kennel license which I couldn't get anyway because I don't own the required amount of property.

I know it's easy to say and not easy to do but QUIT BEING ANXIOUS!



Everything will come out just fine.

So now you are a hardened criminal. If they send you too the big house be sure and PM me. I will give you some tips on trading cigarettes for special favors. Also if you get a cell with just a hole for a toilet, the first time you make a direct hit into the hole use some lipstick to outline your feet so you will know the next time where to place them for proper alignment.:wah:

Well I didn't get out of there until almost 4 pm. They called me almost last. I can't believe how much this has stressed me; I feel limp. The court part went okay and now I have a few extras I need to get done in order to be in compliance.

Scrat will love this (not!) but the guy with the prior felony and DUI only got a day in jail and a $478 fine!! One stupid day in jail when he could have taken someone out. I have no respect for that.

But my day is almost over. I have a date with a sleeping pill and a hot bath very soon.

Good advice. Also dont borrow cigs from your cellmate. If you cant pay back with interest they slap you down and steal your dignity.





(if theres a plunger in the cell get rid of it right away)
