I love my UGG boots, does anyone else wear them?
And why the ruddy hell are they so expensive.
They're warm in winter and cool in summer, dunno how but it's true!

They're suede boots with a sheepskin lining from Australia.
Very popular here in the Uk and very expensive, mine cost £149.00 ( $290.00)

My friend wears them all the time. I would like to find a vegetarian pair. Suede is bad enough but I can't get past the shearling. Has anyone seen any fake manmade Uggs?

I have Ugh slippers. Apparently if you leave them out in the rain they shrink.

They do look warm and comfy...but we don't need them here in Southeast Georgia. Not even in the winter.

I had a pair of similar boots from Minnetonka Moccasins and they were great, too.
Red, you can get 'fake' versions from pretty much any place that sells shoes. I have a fake pair of the slip-on kind (slides? mules? slippers? whatever they're called...) that I got at Wal Mart and they're very warm and comfy. :-6
