I had a piece of Rhubarb Pie just yesterday, with a slice cheddar cheese on top. Rhubarb is everywhere here in the U.S.

You must have it. I use to get when I was in Toronto so it must be where you are. Have you tried Wegmans if there is one near you?

Yeah Pheasy, rhubarb is usually in any market. I have never eaten it. Does anyone know if it's a seasonal veggie? Maybe that's why you haven't seen any?

Now thats really got me thinking - I don't know if it is seasonal. All I know is it tastes great in a pie or just cooked with sugar and served with CUSTARD :wah:

Rhubarb is seasonal. It is the first edible we get in the spring in Alaska..and it grows here like mad. It is basically a cool area plant, but I'm sure it has or could be adapted to most moderate clilmates. When I lived in Idaho everyone had rhubarb. We seldom see it in the stores because it grows in all the yards, although sometimes we find it in fresh markets.

I love a stick of rhubarb dipped in sugar.
you have to be careful, the leaves are pretty toxic.
