I love this girl but, wow, she can't dance!!

I'm shocked she hasn't invested some of her well earned money for some dance instruction. It would be a wise investment in herself. Performance art.

While Stefani is adept at writing dance-oriented pop, she can't dance (as anyone who has seen a No Doubt concert can attest). That's why she has eight dancers in her show, including four Asian women dubbed "The Harajuku Girls."

I don't think I've ever seen her dance or maybe I wasn't watching. You mean there's someone who dances worse than me? She fascinates me in the way Madonna used to when she was always coming out with a new persona, except (my opinion only) I think Gwen shows a lot more class.

It was a recent discovery. She does incredibly well with posing and "acting" in the videos... just has to keep her legs from boinging or get some lessons.

Hook her up with Patrick Swayze and he can teach her some Dirty Dancing :wah:

I can't judge Gwen too much because I am no dancer by any stretch but she did look a little ...um...not loose enough or something. But hey, we can't all be perfect. It's comforting to know someone as cool as Gwen can have flaws too.

I'd like to see her do at least as well as Madonna but to do that she needs to work every angle. Dancing is pretty important. I'm just sayin' - she's got the money to hire a trainer. She's just gotta decide it's important.

Madonna was a dancer that took singing lessons, Gwen can do the reverse. :-6

That's true, isn't it? I had forgotten about that. Were you or are you a Madonna fan, Koan? I think my favorite phase of hers was the original Boy Toy phase. I'm not very fond of her anymore and I wish she'd put some fat in her diet. she looks so gaunt in the face. I'm not trying to be mean. Just saying....eat some bacon! :wah:

I remember on Dick Clark's show he asked her something about what she wanted in life or something like that and her reply was "To rule the world." I guess she came pretty close.

I remember shopping at the mall once and as a free gift with purchase, they gave me a Madonna poster. She wasn't hardly famous yet. I wish I had kept it, it's probably worth a lot now.

White people cant dance. This is well documented and factual information. Gene Kelly being the exception but thats it.

I also adore Madonna...still love her and also Dirty Dancing (must have watched that a million times).

Now, I have to watch Dirty Dancing again and Madonna's "Desperately Seeking Susan."

She is a true performance artist. Never boring, imo.

Gwen can do it too, she just has to dedicate herself to it. If that's what she wants.

I don't envy Madonna's lifestyle. I wouldn't want to be her for a second. She works extremely hard for everything she's gotten.

Maybe she should try out for that reality show Dancing with the Stars? :p

From what I've seen the famous person never really dances... they just try and fake it the best for a minute or two... it's like the even more ridiculous Skating with the Stars. :wah:

thats true. Haven't really taken much notice that she doesn't dance that much but i guess its best that she doesn't start...

I never really noticed that she couldn't dance, even when i went to her concert. She's a really good performer
