First important question - does it move or is it still? If it moves you have far more of a problem but we'll be full of good advice.

A morbid curiosity keeps pulling me towards the stove. Wondering what horrors also lurk under its base.... What do you think people should I do it? Should I torture myself one more time and slide that stove out to check out the floor beneath?

Definitely! And find your camera first, we want to see whatever's there streak across the floor and out the doorway.

I know that under the stove there are the remains of a bottle of wine I dropped a few months ago but I haven't cleaned under it yet.
